In
the Official Gazette of 2 August 2017, the Decree of the Ministry of
the Interior of 21 July approving the model certificate for the year
2017 concerning the contribution of the municipalities, included in the
seismic areas 1, covering Of the final and executive planning costs for public works.
The
request for the contribution by the municipalities included in the
seismic risk areas 1 must be sent to the Ministry of Local Government
Intermediate Directorate of Local Finances, exclusively by telematic
mode, through the Local Authorities Certification System (AREA
CERTIFICATI - TBEL, others Certified), accessible from the website of the same Directorate, from 11 August until 15 September 2017, subject to penalty.
On
the basis of the data transmitted by the local authorities, the Central
Finance Department will quantify the annual contribution to each
individual municipality concerned by 15 November 2017.
